REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
At Those Unashamed, each piece is made to order with care and intention. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, United States consumer laws, or European consumer regulations.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
Because each piece is made to order, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
3. Exchanges (Including Ring Size)
If you require a different ring size, you may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. The item must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact support@thoseunashamed.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under applicable consumer protection laws. We may request photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Made to Order Items
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit. We recommend using tracked shipping.
