SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once processed, each piece is made to order and may require 3–7 business days for production depending on the complexity of the item.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing and production times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has completed production and leaves our fulfilment centre, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact support@thoseunashamed.com.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Those Unashamed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Those Unashamed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact support@thoseunashamed.com and we will assist in investigating the issue.
